We're educators; we believe in potential, possibility, and people, but how does that translate into the day to day lecture? First of all, the three P's aren't possible without the three C's: communication, connection, and consistency. In order for a person to reach their potential or take advantage of possibilities, they need to have the confidence within themselves that they are worth the time that they would spend on the endeavor. I'm here to help guide you through communication strategies, that when used consistently in your classroom can increase connection, create possibilities, and lead to a growth in people potential.
